Early Harvest
Early Harvest olive oil is pressed from olives that are harvested earliest in the season, as early as October, when the olives are unripe and bright green in color. Extra virgin olive oil from the first olives of the season strike a delicate balance between spicy, sweet and bitter and has a higher concentration of polyphenols and natural antioxidants.
Cold Pressed
Cold pressed oils are obtained naturally by crushing oil seeds at room temperature. There is no extra heat and chemicals required, which makes them the healthiest variant of oil available to us. Also, the acid value is relatively low, so oil products are obtained after precipitation and filtration.
Extra Virgin
Extra virgin olive oil is the least processed form of olive oil. Due to this, it retains its natural antioxidants and vitamins, which are often lost during processing. This makes it a more healthful oil than regular olive oil but also makes it a little more expensive.
